MINIMUM ORDER: We require NO minimum order for domestic orders and a $50 minimum for all foreign orders.

FORM OF HERBAL MATERIALS: We reserve the right to send your order in a form different and/or packaging than shown on the website due to unexpected changes in our own availablity (i.e tablet instead of powder, capsule instead of tablets, etc). The plant product is guaranteed to be the exact stated product even if the form is different. If you require a specific form please notify us BEFORE placing your order.

BACKORDERS: We are almost always able to maintain all our products in stock. However, since the majority of our products are imported directly from India, there is always the possibility of a short delay in filling an order. Also, if out of stock, certain items require up to 7 days to be prepared (i.e. brahmi oil, bhringaraj oil, etc.). As a result, if we are temporarily out of stock, we kindly ask you to re-order at the appropriate time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: We send off all parcels within the Continental U.S. via United Parcel Services.F.O.B. Brewster, New York. U.P.S. suggests to allow 4 - 7 working days for orders sent via "Ground Service." 3 Day, 2nd Day & Next Day options are available at an additional cost .

RETURNS: All Claims for return or credit must be made to us within 5 days of receipt of goods. PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US IS REQUIRED! Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on any bulk herbs or the Correspondence Course. If a parcel arrives damaged, please call us immediately to assist you in the claim process. Do not call U.P.S.!

TERMS & PAYMENT METHODS: We accept the following payment methods: Checks (please allow 3 - 4 days for bank clearance), Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Money Orders, and International Money Orders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES: Minimum shipping and handling charge of $4.95. Please follow the shipping rate chart for shipping charges.
