Each morning you will experience a leisurely period of Yoga followed by meditation. Your mornings will continue with a walk along the beach, relaxing in the morning sun, or with a swim in the ocean. You will then be summoned from the beach up the winding path to the Treatment Suite, where you will enjoy authentic Panchakarma therapies, individualized for you by Dr. Gerson.
