
Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop Panna Bhavsar
Our health largely depends on how we nourish ourselves. This funfull-day workshop will focus on the preparation of several delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic recipes. Recipes will include appetizers, main courses,desserts, and a few surprises. Many practical tips. Hands-on participation. Lunch will be provided. Enrollment will be limited to 12.

Panna is an accomplished Ayurvedic cook who has been preparing sumptuous meals for her family and friends for over thirty years. Panna has been cooking and teaching Ayurvedic cooking with Dr. Gerson since 1997. Born into an Ayurvedic family in Gujarat, she has gathered recipes from some of the most knowledgeable Ayurvedic families throughout India, including her own.. She is a devout vegetarian and divides her time between her family, food preparation, and giving cooking classes. $100.
